Esta semana compartimos un documento cuyo propósito es profundizar en la identificación de aquellas competencias y/o prácticas relacionadas con el ejercicio del liderazgo directivo que promueven o desarrollan buenas prácticas pedagógicas, en relación con la inclusión educativa. Se centra en la necesidad de transformar las competencias, es decir, habilidades, conocimientos y actitudes que requieren tanto los equipos directivos como los docentes para enfrentar de manera eficiente los requerimientos del contexto actual de la sociedad. Se presenta, entonces un estudio de casos cuyos resultados potencia la práctica de una educación de orientación inclusiva.
