Se presentan los resultados de una investigación cualitativa que ha tenido como objetivo analizar buenas prácticas directivas inclusivas que atiendan a la diversidad en diferentes escuelas. Se realiza un análisis descriptivo e interpretativo profundizado en diferentes categorías, concluyendo que la colaboración es un factor esencial para atender a la diversidad siendo la dirección escolar el motor para llevar prácticas inclusivas.
